Outcome
Identified barriers for women to enter motorsports, which helped to set up a program for girls/women to become successful in the motorsport industry.
- We have interviewed different stakeholders from the motorsport industry to get a deeper understanding of the structures, possibilities and barriers of motorsport (for women).
- We have provided qualitative and quantitative insights to set up a research program to help girls and women succeed in motorsports/racing.
